Sometimes you just gotta!

Hello everybody!  I'm excited. Summer is almost over and the  cooler air is coming! I'm naturally a warm person, literally! for years when the power went out my mother used to put eggs on the small of my back to fry for breakfast. Noi joke! It wasn't until I took chef training in highschool that I learned you are supposed to use a frying pan and a stove. Anyway, 90 degree days are tough for me  so I'm happy.  Here's the current stuff:
